Feed or water vitamin’s 

Dietary supplement made with creatine, dextrose, and vitamin E for use in adult horses and dogs.

AMOUNTS TO ADMINISTER:

Add to the feed:

• Adult Horses: 40 g per day
• Adult Dogs: 0.3 g per kg of body weight per day
• Gamecocks (): 0.5 g – 1 g per kg of body weight per day

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Store in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight.
• Once opened, consume/use as soon as possible.
